Changes to my study program

    Hello guys, today I will talk to you about my opinion about the architecture study program at the University of Chile. I am currently in the second year of my degree, so the courses I have taken so far have not been many, however, I believe that there are some courses that could not be given (taken), such as mathematics and geometry, in the first year semester of the degree, because I do not consider that they teach things that are very necessary to study architecture. I would change these programs for courses more focused on architecture, how to create it and what the career or working on it is really about. On the other hand, I believe that the facilities at my university are not the best, but they work for learning and having good times there. We have computers with many of the technological programs needed to design buildings, houses or pavilions, but we cannot always access them. POST 4: TIME TO TRAVEL TO THE PAST OR FUTURE

  Hello everyone, today I will tell you where I would like to travel, if I traveled in time... With complete sincerity, I would not like to travel to the future, because I believe that climate change and people are not leaving a safe or good future so I will say that I would like to time travel to the past. If I could choose a specific time, I would travel to the Middle Ages. It seems to me that the Middle Ages in Europe would be an interesting time to visit, because when we studied about it, I liked their clothing, their houses, and the life they lived in the villages. If I traveled to that time, I would live in a small town a little far away but close to a city, to be able to survive and find out about the things that happen, since it was a period of many invasions and changes. My dream job

  Today I am going to talk to tell you about one of my dream jobs. In the first place, In the future I would like to have a creative job, where I talk to people. I imagine working in my own company, visiting clients, and thinking about their designs.  For that I will need to be communicative, patient and very creative. So, in the future I imagine working as an interior designer, I think I could do it since I study architecture, however, I would like to take a course in interiors to specialize more in the area. As for the salary, I don't know yet, but I hope it's enough to have a normal life without needs and in good health.  (Photos from Pinterest).

The best concert ever

  Hello guys, today I'm here to talk to you about the best concert I've ever been to. But before that, let me tell you that I have gone to 3 concerts in my 20 years of life, I have gone to two band concerts and a solo concert. So, the best concert I went to was exactly 1 year ago, in the year 2022. The concert was at the national stadium in Santiago de Chile, where I could hear the band Coldplay. Honestly, I didn't know much about the band, other than that they were a group with 5 British members, but I loved their songs. The best thing about the event was the friendly and family atmosphere that existed among those who went to the concert, as well as the atmosphere that the people in the band created. Even though it rained that day at the concert, I felt very happy and grateful to be able to live that experience. I think that everyone should go to a Coldplay concert.

A country I like to visit

  Photo from Italy Since I was a child, I have wanted to travel to many countries, I believe that this changes people and allows them to be more aware of the different realities that exist. Well, if you ask me which country I would like to visit, I would say there are many, but today I will say Italy. I find its architecture, its history, its gastronomy and especially its language extremely interesting. Besides, I think that since Italian comes from Latin, it's much easier to understand and communicate with them. Also, I can't help but say that I love pizza, and Italy is the capital of pizza, so that's a very good reason to visit it (plus they have very good wine production). On the other hand, since Italy is in Europe, it is much easier to travel to other countries there, like Switzerland, Spain or France. See you later Guys.

    Hello everyone, here is a bit about me, my name is Noemí Poblete, but call me Noe. I'm 20 years old, and I'm studying my second year of architecture at the Universidad de Chile. I’m from Santiago de Chile, and I was born right here, but I have family in the south of Chile, in the city of Los Angeles. It's very beautiful there, there are many rivers and forests to visit.  Photos taken by me.   I like to read, bake and coffee.   Cakes baked by me. I have two brothers, and one of them is my twin. It's great to have a twin, because he's someone of the same age with whom you can share many stages and experiences.
